Gift Day Service

On Sunday at 10:30am, we have our annual Gift Day Service when all the children and young people who have attended Sunday School or Youth Church will receive a gift.

This year, they are receiving a voucher which they can then use in the Church Centre immediately after the Service to select something from one of the stalls. The young people can pick a book of their choice along with wrist-bands, pencils or something else which catches their eye!
Our 10:30 Service will take the format of a Family Service with all-age worship. Matt Good and the Praise Band will lead our worship and there will be lots of instruments for the younger children to play along with!
Bryan Follis will lead this Service and the guest speaker is Millie Bellew, the new Diocesan Children’s Co-ordinator.
We hope you can join with us for what should be a very uplifting Family Service.
For those who prefer something different, this Sunday we will also have two traditional Holy Communion Services according to the Book of Common Prayer. The first one is at 9:00am when the Rector will conduct and preach.
Then at 6:30pm, the Rector will again conduct communion and preach. This Holy Communion will also feature Penny Scott leading us on the piano in some of our favourite traditional hymns. All welcome.
