In-Church Services Cancelled

In view of the deteriorating public health situation, all of our in-Church Services are being cancelled effective from now.

We had taken several steps to mitigate risk (and the first two Carol Services had gone off very well) but the changing situation has forced a rethink. The third Carol Service planed for Christmas Eve along with the two Services we had hoped to host on Christmas Day will therefore not take place. An on-line Service will be available on Christmas Day from 10:30am on our YouTube channel.

Our Rector, Bryan Follis, writes:

‘I appreciate that this news will be very disappointing to the many parishioners who had already booked-in for these Christmas Services. However, the rapid change in public health over the past few days has altered the risk assessment as to what would be good and safe practice. It is with a heavy heart that I have therefore felt it necessary to cancel our in-Church Services. Hopefully, parishioners will still find our on-line Christmas Service to be a blessing as we take time to worship Christ.

Meantime, in spite of all that is going on in the country at present, I do trust that you and your loved ones have a restful and a meaningful Christmas.

With every blessing, Bryan.’
